Total Body Fitness – Booking & Cancellation Policy To ensure fairness and maximize availability for all members, please review the following guidelines for personal training, recovery, and class bookings: Personal Training & Recovery Sessions Scheduling: All PT and Recovery sessions are scheduled at the time of membership agreement. These sessions are structured weekly and must be completed within that week unless otherwise approved in writing. Cancellation Notice: A minimum 3-hour notice is required to reschedule any personal training or recovery session. Cancellations must be made by contacting your trainer or recovery specialist directly. Missed Sessions: If sessions are missed, canceled late, or not completed within the scheduled week, the session(s) will be forfeited. No credits or carry-overs will be issued. Class Sessions Reservations: Members may reserve their class spot up to 48 hours in advance using the booking system available at TotalBodyMcAllen.com or via our approved scheduling platform. No-Shows or Late Arrivals: To respect all participants, please arrive on time. Repeated no-shows may result in temporary booking restrictions.
